Change policies

At Margo we strive to be a brand that meets its delivery times and that the product arrives as seen and described in the photos.

We know that the issue of sizes can sometimes be complicated when making an online purchase, for this reason, we ask that when purchasing your garments, you carefully read the description and the measurement table found in the SIZE CHART section, since with us it could be a different size than the one you are used to wearing.

The brand does not offer a full refund of your purchase, but we give you the option of exchanging your garments for others, in case they do not fit you or come with quality defects (dirty, torn, etc.)

For this exchange, we need it to be done within the first 4 days after your order arrives at your destination. The costs for exchanging the garment in case it has arrived with “factory” defects are on us.
If upon arrival your items only want to exchange the size, you will be charged $50 MX, which must be made via bank transfer.
